Butterscotch Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- (1 cup chopped nuts, optional)
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spread in a greased 8" x 8" pan.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Cut in squares or strips while warm.
