Damdy-Nan (flat-cakes)

Ingredients

  • 2 pialas of flour
  • a table-spoon of yeasts a tea-spoon of salt
  • 0,7 of a piala of warm water or milk.

Directions

  1. Dough is made as for taba-nan . The ready dough is cut in pieces, left for 10-15 minutes. Then it is shaped in flat cakes and again left for 10 minutes. Before putting then in the oven designs are plotted in their middle. Damdy-nan is baked at 200- 220 degree C during 20 minutes.
