Warm Berry Sundae

Ingredients

    =
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (includes syrup)
  • The following Berries|berries may be either fresh or frozen:
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 cup boysenberries or blackberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 oz. triple sec or orange juice
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch|corn starch

Directions

  1. Thaw frozen raspberries. Once thaw, puree the raspberries and syrup together and pour the raspberry puree into a shallow saucepan.
  2. Add triple sec (or orange juice) and bring to a low boil.
  3. When at a boil remove from heat and immediately add Berries|berries and cornstarch|corn starch to the mixture, stir.
  4. Return to heat and bring to a low boil again. Keep at a low boil for a few moments and remove from heat.
  5. Serve by pouring over vanilla ice cream, waffles, pancakes, brownies etc.
