Creole Cheese Straws

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Maison Louisianne Creole Spices
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Sift flour and salt, pepper, and Maison Louisianne Creole Spices together. Pour melted margarine over grated Cheese then work in the dry ingredients. Use hand to mix. Using cookie press, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
