Easter Cake with Rice

- Sweet Regular Sweet Bread|bread dough ==
- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups milk
- granulated sugar|sugar to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 6 oz / 150 g raisins
- a little vanilla
- salt
- Boil the rice with the milk and vanilla (as for rice with milk). Add salt.
- When done, let cool, then add granulated sugar|sugar, yolks, butter, raisins and mix well.
- Add the whipped egg whites at the end.
- Then continue as for Easter Cake with Cottage Cheese.
