Bal is a national Kyrgyz beverage made from Honey and spices. Bal is served hot.Ingredients
- 100 g honey
- 0,25 g black pepper
- 0,25 g bay leaf
- 5 g ginger
- 25 g cloves
- 1 l water
- 20 g cloves
- Bring water to boil, add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, a bay leaf to it and then bring to boil again.
- In 5-10 minutes stir in honey and strain.
