Flan di Cioccolato Amaro

Recipe Description

Unsweetened chocolate|Bitter chocolate flan. Serves five.

Ingredients

  • bitter dark chocolate 175g
  • flour 80g
  • Granulated sugar|Sugar 30g
  • butter 30g
  • eggs 3

Directions

  1. Melt dark chocolate with butter on a ban marie.
  2. Beat egg yolk with granulated sugar|sugar.
  3. Add the egg yolk mixture to the flour.
  4. Slowly add molten chocolate to the egg mixture.
  5. Put the creamy mixture into a mould that has been buttered.
  6. Place it in a deep freezer for 2-3 hours.
  7. Cook it in an oven for seven minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Remove from the mould and serve.
