Fresh Fruit With Lemon Creme

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd or tangerine curd or lime curd
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free half-and-half

  • 1 small honeydew melon, peeled, sliced
  • 2 cups cantaloupes, peeled, sliced
  • 3 kiwi|kiwi fruits, peeled, sliced thin
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • lemon peel (optional)
  • lime peel (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk.
  2. Cover; refrigerate 1t least 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, just before serving, arrange fruit on serving platter.
  4. Serve with dressing; garnish with lemon peel or lime peel, if desired.
