Beer and Cheese Spread


  • 2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter (to 2/3 cup)
  • Assorted crackers or rye bread crumbs


Have cheeses at room temperature.
Combine cheeses, worcestershire, mustard, and garlic.
Beat in enough beer to make of spreading consistency.
Serve at room tempearture with crackers or Rye rounds.
