Gluten-free Bacon Potato Onion Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper and herb salt
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Place layers in a greased oven-proof dish in this order:
  3. * onion
  4. * bacon
  5. * potato
  6. * repeat
  7. Top layer should be potato.
  8. Beat two eggs, add seasoning.
  9. Add milk and pour over the layers.
  10. Bake in oven at 375 °F until the top browns.
