Gluten-free Beef with Horseradish

Recipe Description

Serve over gluten-free noodles, dill-seasoned rice, or nutmeg-seasoned mashed potatoes.


  • 4 cubed steaks (minute steaks)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 cup gluten-free sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 large onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 teaspoons dill seed (or chopped fresh dill)


  1. Brown steaks and onion lightly in butter in a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine.
  3. Cover.
  4. Simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
  5. Combine sour cream, horseradish and dill.
  6. Stir into the steak mixture.
  7. Heat through for about four minutes.
