Black Chocolate Cake Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup granulated sugar|sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ? cup water
  • salt -- pinch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat.
  2. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes.
  3. Spread on cool cake.
  4. Enjoy.
