Grilled Turkey Shish Kabob

Ingredients

  • 1¼ lbs turkey meat|turkey breast tenderloins
  • ? cup hot sauce|chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar|sugar
  • 2 bay leaf|bay leaves
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium zucchini (½" slices)
  • ½ green bell pepper|green pepper (2" squares)
  • 2 onions (cut into ¼'s)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

  1. Cut turkey meat|turkey tenderlions into 1½-inch cubes.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over turkey meat|turkey cubes.
  3. Toss to coat; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  4. Thread turkey meat|turkey and vegetables alternately on skewers.
  5. Brush lightly with oil. Broil or grill 6" from heat or coals for 10 minutes.
