Guacamole Picoso

Recipe Description

Spiced up with serrano chilis!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium size Hass Avocado|California avocados (not very ripe)
  • 6 medium serrano pepers
  • ½ Cup milk
  • salt as needed

Directions

Cut in pieces the Hass Avocado|California avocados and put in a blender/food processor

Cut serrano pepers in half and add to avocados together with salt to taste

Add about 1/4 cup milk.

Blend together until smooth.

If the guacamole is too thick, add the rest of the milk to desired consistency.
