Hot Baked Chicken Salad
Recipe Description
Makes 6 servings.Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast cubes (about 1 whole breast)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 red bell pepper|red pepper, chopped
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup garden pea|green peas
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- Combine rice, chicken, cheese, celery, red pepper, onion and peas in large bowl.
- Stir together milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in small bowl; add to rice mixture.
- Transfer to 9x13-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with almonds.
- Bake at 400 °F for 15 to 20 minutes.
