Ina's Spicy Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh Hass Avocado|California avocados - ripe
  • ¼ cup onion - finely chopped
  • 1 tomato - large, diced
  • ½ cup green chile - chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers - minced
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the avocados and remove pits.
  2. Scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork until coarsely mixed.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap snugly against the mixture and chill.
