Indian Soup
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Kosher cut "round steak"
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and chunked
- 2 pounds yellow onions, peeled and chunked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 or 3 quarts of water
- Boil meat and onions together til meat is tender; then add potatoes.
- Cook till potatoes are done.
- Serve with fry bread.
