Indian Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Kosher cut "round steak"
  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and chunked
  • 2 pounds yellow onions, peeled and chunked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 or 3 quarts of water

Directions

  1. Boil meat and onions together til meat is tender; then add potatoes.
  2. Cook till potatoes are done.
  3. Serve with fry bread.
