JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. Granulated sugar|Sugar
- 2 c. blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cream butter and Granulated sugar|Sugar, add eggs one at a time.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
- Lightly sprinkle with Granulated sugar|Sugar before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Fill cupcake 1/2 to 3/4 full.
