Kadun Pika I
Ingredients
- 2 lb bag of Chicken wings and drummets
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes|crushed red pepper
- 3 cups Kikkoman soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- Mix all ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a boil at medium heat then reduce heat medium low and continue to cook until Chicken is done.
- Serve as a chaser or as a main dish.
