Lammetjespap (Lamb's porridge)

Recipe Description

This is a very soft and creamy porridge, which can serve both as a dessert and as a breakfast dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 75gr flour
  • salt
  • demerara sugar

Directions

Make a paste of the flour with very little milk. Add a little more milk until it is a batter. Make sure there are no lumps. Bring the remaining milk to the boil with some salt.

Pour the flour mix into the boiling milk and leave to boil for another 5 minutes.

Stir in some demerara sugar and serve hot.
