Laotian Kuay Namuan

Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 8 large ripe bananas
  • 2 cups thick coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar|Sugar

Directions

  1. Peel and cut each banana into 3 or 4 pieces. Make coconut milk from the creamed coconut available in packets or tubs.
  2. Simmer coconut milk and Granulated sugar|Sugar until thick and creamy.
  3. Add bananas and cook gently until bananas are soft but not mushy. S
  4. Serve warm.
