California Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe Genuine Hass Avocado|California avocados, peeled and cubed
- 3 medium tomatoes,seeded chopped
- 1 Cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 to2 jalapenos peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- ¼ Cup lime juice
- torilla chips
- salt to taste
- In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients, mix well.
- Serve immediatly with chips.
