Macadamia Rice
Recipe Description
Makes 6 servings.Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed hot red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Cook nuts with pepper flakes in butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until nuts are lightly browned.
- Add rice, cheese and parsley; stir until thoroughly heated.
