Macaroni Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mazola corn oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 zucchini
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cup celery
- 28 oz canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 8 oz cooked mueller's macaroni
In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat. Add Onion and garlic; saute 2-3 minutes. Add zucchini, pepper and celery; saute 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, salt, oregano and basil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 12-15 minutes. Toss with macaroni.
