- some Eggplants cut in pieces
- beans
- green bell pepper|green peppers
- tomatoes sliced
- butter
- salt- pepper
- cumin
- Cut the meat into large pieces and put it in a pan with lid .
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cover with the lid .
- Put it in a low - heated oven and bake for several hours.
