Mango-Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats|oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine flours, rolled oats|oatmeal, Granulated sugar|Sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.
  2. Cut in butter, then moisten with milk, egg and vanilla mixture.
  3. Fold in banana and mango. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 400' for 20 to 25 minutes.
