Maryland Crab Salad

Recipe Description

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
  • 3/4 pound cooked lump crab meat
  • 1 cup cherry tomato quarters
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olive|ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) ranch-style dressing

Directions

Combine rice, crab meat, tomato, celery, walnuts, , onions and basil in large bowl. Serve salad on lettuce leaves. Serve with dressing.
