Ingredients
- 3 pt olive oil
- 1 pt cider vinegar
- 1 lb Maytag bleu Cheese, crumbled
- 3 oz heavy cream
- TT black pepper
- TT kosher salt
* Combine all of the above and mix to a smooth consistency.
