Meatball - Appetizers

Recipe Description

This is a wonderful little appetizer we serve after Christmas Midnight Mass in our house.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced Ham
  • 1 lb ground Pork
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Directions

* Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and form into 1" meatballs.
* Sauce: Mix well and pour over meatballs.
* Bake at 325 F.
* for 1 hour.
* Baste frequently.
