Meatball - Appetizers
Recipe Description
This is a wonderful little appetizer we serve after Christmas Midnight Mass in our house.Ingredients
- 1 lb minced Ham
- 1 lb ground Pork
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
* Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and form into 1" meatballs.
* Sauce: Mix well and pour over meatballs.
* Bake at 325 F.
* for 1 hour.
* Baste frequently.
