Mexican Dairy Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pack cream cheese spread
  • 1 can (14 ounces) refried beans
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chile pepper|hot pepper

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons diced chile peppers|green chilis
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ==
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup sliced black olives

Directions

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients.
  2. Spread in bottom of spring form pan.
  3. Chill one hour.
  4. ==
  5. In food processor or blender, blend first two #Layer 2|Layer 2 ingredients until smooth.
  6. Add remaining ingredients, blend well.
  7. Spread over first layer.
  8. Chill one hour.

  10. Spread sour cream over Layer 2.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  12. Chill one hour.
  13. Unmold and serve with taco chips or crackers.
