Microwave Cheesecake

Ingredients

    Use a 13x9x2 microwave safe dish. ==
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar|sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1½ lbs cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar|sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ==
  • 5 cups sour cream
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • ? cups granulated sugar|sugar

Directions

  1. Combine crust ingredients.
  2. Mix well and pat firmly on bottom of pan.
  3. Cook on high for 2 minutes.
  4. ==
  5. Beat cream cheese till smooth.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each till well blended.
  7. Add granulated sugar|sugar and vanilla and beat well.
  8. Pour into crust and bake in micro on high for 15 minutes (turn every 4 minutes to ensure even baking).
  9. In the meantime make topping.

  11. Combine sour cream, granulated sugar|sugar and vanilla, blending well.
  12. Pour mixture over cheese cake and micro 1 minute 30 seconds.
  13. Remove and chill.
  14. The cake will look lumpy but it smooths out when in the fridge.
  15. If not then taste won't be affected at all.
