Cassava Leaves Soup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup palm oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bunch cassava leaf|cassava leaves
  • chile pepper|hot pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 chicken broth|chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 pound meat if desired

Directions

  1. Boil palm oil.
  2. Add ground cassava leaves, onion, tomato paste, salt, chile pepper|hot pepper, chicken bullion cubes, and meat.
  3. Cover with water and then boil it to death.
  4. When the water is gone, it is ready.
  5. Serve over rice.
