Chayote Salad
Ingredients
- 6 chayotes (also referred to as meletons or mirletons)
- ½ tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup oil
- Boil and cube chayotes.
- Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over cubed chayote.
- Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Serve over lettuce.
