Chayote Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 chayotes (also referred to as meletons or mirletons)
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup oil

Directions

  1. Boil and cube chayotes.
  2. Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over cubed chayote.
  3. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  4. Serve over lettuce.
