Cheddar Sausage Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound smoked link Sausage, diced
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 12-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cook Sausage, onions and celery in large skillet until vegetables are tender.
- Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan.
- Stir in rice and corn; heat thoroughly.
- Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish; top with Cheese.
- Broil until Cheese melts.
