Cheesy Chili 'n' Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp minced onions
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups corn chips

Directions

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings.
  3. Cover.
  4. Let simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add 1 cup cheese.
  6. Stir until melted.
  7. Arrange corn chips on platter.
  8. Spoon chili over chips.
  9. Top with remaining cheese.
