Cheesy Chili 'n' Chips
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced onions
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups corn chips
- Brown meat; drain.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings.
- Cover.
- Let simmer 10 minutes.
- Add 1 cup cheese.
- Stir until melted.
- Arrange corn chips on platter.
- Spoon chili over chips.
- Top with remaining cheese.
