Passover Cheese Cake

- 32 oz cream cheese (4 x 8 oz packages)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar|sugar ==
- 1 can chocolate macaroons
- ½ cup almonds
- 4 tsp butter, (melted)
- Combine the filling ingredients.
- In a food processor, mix the crust ingredients.
- Shape crust mixture in a spring-form pan then put in cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour until set.
- Make one day ahead.
- Can be topped with fresh fruit.
