Passover Mandlen

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ? cup matzo cake meal
  • ? tsp salt
  • ½ tsp potato starch|potato flour

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, cake meal, potato floour and salt.
  2. Knead well.
  3. Roll out on floured board to ¼ inch thickness.
  4. Cut into ¼ inch cubes.
  5. Fry in deep fat heated to 375 °F until brown.
  6. Drain—serve in soup.
