Passover Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups matzo meal|matzoh meal
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar|sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Boil oil and water together.
  2. Whilst boiling stir in matzo meal.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and granulated sugar|sugar and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stand the mixture in a refrigerator until the mixture hardens.
  6. Then make into balls.
  7. Cook in the oven at 325 °F for about 1 hour.
