Pecan Catfish
Recipe Description
A Catfish recipe.Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup pecan meal|ground pecans
- 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
1. Preheat oven to 450 °F. Grease a baking sheet.
2. Mix Dijon mustard and milk in a shallow dish.
3. Spread pecans in another shallow dish or on a piece of wax paper.
4.Dip fillets into mustard mixture, then roll in pecan meal|ground pecans to coat, shaking off excess. Place on prepared pan.
5. Bake for 10 to12 minutes or until Catfish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
