Peppercorn Sauce

Recipe Description

Great served over beef steak.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 Tbs. peppercorns, ground
  • 1/2 c. butter|unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 c. light whipping cream|whipping cream (or canned cream)

Directions

  1. Sauté peppercorns in small amount of butter; add cream and stir well, add remaining butter.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  3. Pour over meat.
