Peppercorn Sauce
Recipe Description
Great served over beef steak.Ingredients
- 2-4 Tbs. peppercorns, ground
- 1/2 c. butter|unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 c. light whipping cream|whipping cream (or canned cream)
- Sauté peppercorns in small amount of butter; add cream and stir well, add remaining butter.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Pour over meat.
